The stress that the people felt especially if long hours have been worked can be relieved by these activities. The stress they have might lead to serious health conditions to be developed, such as digestive disorders, heart diseases, or hypertension. For this matter, once their stress have been relieved, they could go back to their normal lives and be optimistic with their days.

Better night sleeps are being claimed by lots of people after exercises have been performed. In the same way, individuals can have better night sleeps when this art is being practiced. If they experienced better night sleeps, they would wake up having good moods which might continue all throughout the day. As a result, they could be more productive with their jobs, whatever they may be.

Numerous individuals are experiencing arthritis, especially the older ones. It is difficult for them to be moving and they are feeling joint pains whenever the disease is attacking them, usually when they are eating foods with high levels of uric acid or during the cold weathers. They might like to be considering the art since it will be helping them in reducing the pain they are feeling from arthritis.
