How Can I Say That Lower Back Pain Relief Doesn't Work? Surely It Does, After All You Have Used It And Now All Your Back Pain Has Gone.

By Laney Dart

It is a fact that there is more time missed from work due to lower back pain. With lower back pain relief, you can learn to function again during the pain period. There are many things that can happen to us as we age and a weakening of our back muscles is very common.

Actually no, but I will explain why it doesn't work and how you can change it so it does. Am I going to report some new techniques, is there some missing piece to the never ending back pain relief secret? First, you must know that there are only ever four steps to removing pain.

Believe it or not, lower back pain relief can be achieved through exercise. Yes it is very painful at first, but it is very important to keep the muscles stretched and exercised when you are experiencing lower back pain.

And lastly, improve your healing and recovery rates. Hang on, didn't I say that lower back pain relief doesn't work, yet here I go telling you the four steps to correct your pain. What am I talking about? Oh yeah, remember how I said there was two reasons, the first is simple. Aim to eliminate your lower back ache, not just relieve pain. Relief means just that, temporary relief. If you do not use all four steps to correct your back ache, you will only have temporary relief from back pain.

One of the most popular forms of lower back pain relief is the use of medications. I'm not saying that you might not need some type of pain medication, but many of them can be very addictive.

You can become dependent on the use of such drugs which will not help you at all because eventually, you will need a stronger dose to do the same job a smaller dose used to do. The process will continue until you run out of a safe range of narcotic type drug.

The other reason why lower back pain relief doesn't work is easier. You tend to TRY not DO when you use techniques. Is this getting a little too deep and meaningful for you? This is not a new age concept or anything like it. What I am trying to teach you is that a lot of people only try a technique. They never complete it.

Mind over matter, convince your body that the pain level isn't that bad and that the ibuprophen gave you the lower back pain relief you needed.

You should use techniques, no matter what you decide to use, and stick with them until two things occur. Firstly your pain has gone, secondly when the techniques say all your causes have gone.

This is why you need to know how to determine the cause of your backpain. If you can personally identify the distortion patterns and muscular imbalances, then you can use the same diagnostic tests to make sure your body is back in tune.

You should never rely on pain relief to determine if you are getting better. Most techniques may teach you how to relieve back pain, but they don't teach you how to find the cause. Just because your pain has gone, don't be fooled into believing all your causes have miraculously disappeared.
