Creatine: Would It Assist Dolph Ziggler's Losing Ways?

By Rob Sutter

I have to wonder how a potential World Title holder can have such an abysmal losing streak. This is the curious case of Dolph Ziggler, who seemed to be on the fast track to being one of the top athletes in World Wrestling Entertainment. For some reason or another, though, it seems like he's being treated more like a joke than a legitimate athlete. This is one of the reasons why I feel like he could use some help, whether creatine plays a part or not.

Creatine is utilized commonly for the sake of supplying energy to muscles, which is the biggest point to consider. Professional wrestling is one of the most physically taxing events one can take part in. This means that with matches that can go on for a long stretch of time - even to an hour - you have to make sure that your endurance is up to each task. If you feel like you could use some added assistance, though, companies like the Muscular Development Store stand to be invested in.

When you're talking about energetic performers, I'd like to think that Ziggler stands tall in that regard. When he takes moves from his opponents, he does it in such a way that it seems painful and each maneuver lingers throughout the match as well. This is the art of selling and it's done to make your opponent look good, which Ziggler consistently does well. There are not many other performers who seem to understand this simple rule of wrestling the way that Ziggler has grasped it.

It seems like a good amount of his moves revolve around his animated personality and it seems like it meshes well with his wrestling style, too. Ziggler is able to perform at a fast pace and his mat wrestling ability is well-documented, too. When you consider all of this and the fact that he's naturally charismatic in the ring, it's tough to not pay attention to Ziggler. Not many wrestlers can be total packages in the business but this particular star has each base accounted for.

Ziggler is already very energetic, so why would he need creatine to help his game? It's not so much a means for him to become more active but rather become stronger if he is to face off against opponents who are bigger than him by comparison. He's the kind of wrestler who may not be physically imposing next to other athletes in the business but that doesn't mean he still can't be strong. Training, along with the right supplements, can lend a great assist.
